Buyers Information
Before bidding on auction items, read our terms and conditions below.
PREVIEW: Buyers are encouraged to personally examine each item or lot offered for bid at auction. Under no circumstance will a refund be issued for minor age flaws, “buyer’s remorse”, or because the item you purchased is unsuitable for your purpose.
TIME LIMIT: For bidders it is expected that you have examined the items before you purchased them. We ask that you pick up all winning bids no later than Tuesday 4:00 following each auction.
REGISTER TO BID: Each buyer must have an assigned Bidder’s Number prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot, and as such has made a legal commitment to pay for purchases the day of the auction. Absentee bidders are required to submit payment within 3 days of notification by the auction company. The purchase price shall be the sum of: 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) a buyer’s premium of 10% in-house 3) 6% Idaho state sales tax unless the purchaser is exempt by law from such taxes We accept Visa, MasterCard, online payment via PayPal, cash and approved check.
ABSENTEE BIDS: Absentee bids are accepted at anytime during auction preview. Absentee bids for later lots may continue to be accepted during the auction as long as they are submitted in a timely manner. A deposit may be requested on absentee bids over $100.00. An auction representative will execute the absentee bid against floor and internet bidders in a competitive manner. We do not start the bidding at your maximum, so you may well win the item or lot at a lower price. In the event of a tie, the floor bidder shall prevail. We do not assume responsibility for failure to execute an absentee bid for any reason and absentee bids are made subject to the conditions of sale. We will notify winning absentee bidder between 10-12 Saturday after the auction. If you cannot submit an absentee bid form in person, you may call and make arrangements for an absentee bid to be submitted over the phone or online. BIDS SUBMITTED OVER THE PHONE MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE THE AUCTION BEGINS.

PHONE BIDS: Phone bidding is difficult, but exceptions may be made on expensive items, (over $1000.00). In order to make arrangements to bid on the telephone at the time a lot is being sold, you must contact our office in advance of the auction. We will make arrangements to call you just prior to the lot being sold so that you may bid over the telephone. If we cannot contact you before the lot is offered, the lot will be auctioned without your participation.
WINNING BIDDERS: The winning bidder is responsible for removing their items from the auction facility before MONDAY 4:00 after auctions end. Any shipping or delivery arrangements and related fees are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
